Product Introduction

Single crystal probe for vertical flaw detection, mainly used for longitudinal wave flaw detection. The straight probe consists of a socket, a housing, a protective film, a piezoelectric chip, sound-absorbing material, etc.

The probe for small chips (diameter<=12mm) has a Q6 socket for the probe wire interface, while other chip probes have a Q9 socket for the probe wire interface.

The ultrasonic waves generated by the straight probe are longitudinal wave velocities perpendicular to the surface of the probe. The use of straight probes is very extensive, with typical applications including forgings, castings, bars, plates, shafts, etc

• The transmission/reception of ultrasound is completed by piezoelectric chips.
• The protective film is made of high hardness corundum sheet, which is wear-resistant.

• Aluminum alloy shell, surface sandblasting/passivation treatment.
• Sound absorbing materials are used to absorb noise from the back of chips.
• The socket is an electrical signal interface that is connected to the instrument through a probe wire.
